About Danube Properties
Danube Properties is the real estate arm of the Danube Group, the building-materials business founded by Rizwan Sajan. It launched in Dubai in 2014 and focuses on mid-market and affordable apartments, often furnished and with long payment plans of around 1% a month.
Its buildings, typically named with a trailing 'z' such as Bayz, Lawnz, Elz, Elitz and Diamondz, are spread across Business Bay, International City, Arjan, JVC, JLT, Al Furjan and Dubai Sports City. The model appeals to first-time buyers and investors who prefer to spread payments.

Questions
About Danube Properties
What is Danube's 1% payment plan?
Many Danube projects let buyers pay a deposit and then around 1% of the price each month during and sometimes after construction. It eases cash flow, but check the total price, what happens if payments are missed, and the handover date in the sale agreement.
Where are Danube projects in Dubai?
Danube has projects in Business Bay, International City, Arjan, Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Al Furjan and Dubai Sports City, among others. Most are mid-market apartment buildings with studios to two- and three-bedroom units. Many units are sold with furniture packages.
Are Danube apartments good for investment?
Danube targets affordable and mid-market tenants, which supports rental demand. Compare unit sizes, service charges and completed-project resale prices, and confirm the escrow registration on the DLD system before booking. Furnished units can suit tenants moving to Dubai, but check what the furniture package includes.
